Problem

As a UX Product Designer at Westcott Media, I was tasked with improving how users tracked song trends across platforms like TikTok, Spotify, and Apple Music. The existing platform struggled with fragmented data visualization, making it difficult for users to gain actionable insights.

Additionally, the user experience was inconsistent across devices, and there was a lack of data-driven optimization in user flows.

Identify the Problem or Before & After

Before:

  • Users faced difficulties navigating between dashboards, leading to inefficient workflows.

  • Limited integration of AI-driven insights, resulting in static user flows and less engagement.

  • The platform was not fully responsive, affecting usability on different devices.

After:

  • Designed dynamic prototypes and wireflows in Figma, creating a cohesive and intuitive dashboard.

  • Integrated AI-driven A/B testing to optimize user flows, increasing engagement and efficiency.

  • Collaborated with engineers and the founder to develop a responsive desktop app, enhancing the overall user experience.
